Role Overview
We provide high-quality care and support services to individuals through the NDIS, focusing on participant needs and objectives.
This position involves improving independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing of our participants by delivering speech therapy interventions in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to inform goal-setting and intervention planning.
- Develop and implement tailored speech therapy plans using standardized and non-standardized assessment tools.
- Deliver speech therapy interventions in clinics, community locations, schools, homes, workplaces, and community centers.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
Requirements:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Potential to make a meaningful impact in the community.
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
