A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. As part of the national HR team, you will be responsible for facilitating the induction process for new starters, assisting with administration of compliance and training systems, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and identify training needs, delivering training on various systems, managing the L&D inbox, and maintaining Intranet resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate the L&D induction process for new starters
  • Assist with administration of compliance and training systems
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and identify training needs
  • Delve training on a variety of systems including Affinity, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office products
  • Manage the L&D inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain and review Intranet resources
