Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and quality of assessments in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized methodology and data reliability

  • Evaluate the quality of assessments and conduct live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodology and scoring techniques

  • Provide guidance as necessary and assist in preparing and disseminating communications

  • Conduct functional assessments of rater performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years' experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales, and/or structured clinical interviews

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel and clientele in a professional manner

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Computer proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office system and applications
