Project Manager - Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in delivering projects in the North QLD region.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a robust pipeline of projects ahead, providing opportunities to build a long-term career with a values-led business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate others to deliver exceptional quality outcomes to program while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes.
  • Use trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of the project, including with subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • An excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
