We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team at Albury Wodonga Health.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of a metabolic health-monitoring clinic and work in partnership with the team to support continuation of care and recovery work.
- Provide safe and effective consumer-focused care in a community-based setting.
- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience as a PEN.
- Demonstrated evidence of advanced practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Ability to function within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to and understanding of contemporary mental health service provision.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
