Enrolled Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Albury Wodonga Health. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centered care to mental health consumers on our inpatient unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to consumers, working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve recovery-focused and trauma-informed outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families, and carers, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and other clinical interventions.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated commitment to practicing within a patient-centered care environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team structure, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Knowledge of and commitment to improving performance and risk management.
- Experience working in the mental health setting (desirable).
