About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Iress. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused people support service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage people queries via Jira Service Desk, providing a people-centric approach and a high level of customer service at all touchpoints.
  • Process people change across the full employee lifecycle via Workday, maintaining a high level of data accuracy at all times.
  • Provide guidance and support to the wider team and business on operational processes, including how to use Workday.
  • Troubleshoot within Workday when issues are raised.
  • Produce operational reporting and analytics from Workday for the people team, key stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Drive the adoption and full utilization of Workday across Iress by promoting self-service and best practices wherever possible.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within an HR administrator role in a small-medium sized organization where you have been exposed to working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of using Workday from a HR perspective is essential.
  • A solution-focused mindset with an eagerness to knowledge share and continually seek efficient and effective ways of working.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is vital for this role.
  • A resilient and agile approach to working.
  • The ability to self-organize and prioritize effectively is essential for this role as you will often have multiple tasks to balance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of people.
