Lead SAP Reporting and Analytics Solutions

Job Summary

As a highly skilled professional, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge SAP reporting and analytics solutions. Your expertise will drive business results and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, and other tools.
  • Develop analytical solutions incorporating data warehousing techniques with SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and Native HANA.
  • Coach and support team members in their career progression, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Lead project delivery teams, guiding them through the transformation journey and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops demonstrating functional and industry knowledge, driving innovation and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in SAP reporting and analytics tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing multiple stakeholders and technical teams, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering end-to-end SAP reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Functional background with strong relationships among clients' stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Basic understanding of cloud data warehouse solutions, such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases.
  • Certifications in this space.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
