What will you experience in your typical day?

You'll be engaged in exciting client transformation programs, delivering the latest end-to-end SAP solutions.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, we expect you to:

Be a key contributor to our award-winning Reporting and Analytics Capability.

  • Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales proposals.
  • Coach and support members within our SAP practice on their career journeys.

Lead project delivery teams through the client's transformation journey, including:

  • Leading client workshops demonstrating functional and industry knowledge.
  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions with best practices.
  • Utilizing Deloitte's market tools and methodologies.
  • Designing and implementing SAP architecture in Reporting and Analytics.

About the Team

Deloitte's SAP Technology & Transformation practice helps clients solve complex issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in technologies and software. The team is expanding rapidly.

We are seeking talented Managers to join our SAP practice, shaping its future and developing future leaders through training and growth opportunities.

About You

If you have:

  • At least ten years of experience delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • A functional background with strong relationships with senior stakeholders and broad analytical expertise.

Core Skills:

  • Data Warehousing: SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, Native HANA
  • SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics for Office
  • Programming: SAP ABAP CDS, SQL Development

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud Datawarehouse solutions like Snowflake, Databricks
  • Experience with Non-SAP Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau
  • Exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases
  • Relevant certifications

Leadership and Functional Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge in core areas such as Finance, Procurement, HR.
  • Leadership skills managing stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
