Job Title: Work Health Safety Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Health and Safety professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing expert advice and guidance on work health and safety matters.

Job Description:

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing work health and safety strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class work health and safety solutions to our clients, including project managing and delivery of WHS related proposals and advisory engagements. They will also collaborate with our global network to develop new and innovative safety solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of people around the world by helping them navigate complex work health and safety issues. Requirements:
  • Experience in Work Health and Safety
  • Prior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situations
  • Formal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management and/or associated degrees will be considered
  • A strong relationship manager who can exemplify the right behaviours, engage with the broader team and provide commercially astute direction to achieve profitable growth
  • Ability to present messages skilfully using a variety of media and methods
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
