Dynamic Factory Team Member Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure factory and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth production operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
  • Comply with strict Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines to ensure safety for yourself and the team.
  • Support the Factory Manager with various tasks in manufacturing and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and physical fitness.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality, but also ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory environments preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn, with hands-on training from industry experts.
  • Commitment to safety, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills a plus.

Benefits:
