Temporary Medical Receptionist Opportunities

We are seeking experienced medical receptionists to fill temporary and contract placements across the Greater Brisbane area. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals to work in a dynamic environment and develop their skills.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support in fast-paced medical settings.
- Manage patient billing and receipting using various software systems, including Genie and Gentu.
- Coordinate clinic operations, such as scheduling appointments and managing cancellations/rescheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant legislation.
- A minimum of 12 months' industry experience working within a private specialist practice.
- Sound knowledge of medical and billing software, including Genie, Gentu, BlueChip, Shexie, HealthTrack, Clinic to Cloud, or Xestro.
- Proficient computer skills with strong MS Office Suite capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A general understanding of medical terminology and a strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
