As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade customers, utilizing our CRM platform and best-in-class promotional activity to drive sales and gross margin growth.
With a focus on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences, you will work closely with our Channel Manager and local Repco Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and targets.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a passion for the automotive industry, along with sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred). You will thrive on achieving KPIs and targets, and you'll love working in a dynamic environment within a high-performance sales team and customer-first culture.
You will also have the ability to:
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
- Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach.
- Liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A valid Australian driver's license is required.
- A passion for all things automotive.
