Job Description:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Hino, Fuso, and other Japanese truck brands.
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest truck models, features, and benefits across multiple Japanese brands to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and cold outreach, generating leads and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and streamlined sales processes.
  • Represent the dealership at local business events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the automotive or heavy vehicle sector, with a focus on truck sales.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese truck brands, including Hino, Fuso, and others, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales success.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain detailed sales pipelines.
