Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients.

This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and improving the overall customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and transforming them into improved services.
  • To prepare and follow up on customer quotes, enter and manage customer orders, while supporting sales teams.
  • To coordinate and manage logistics processes, ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations.
  • To update necessary systems managing orders, and manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiencies.
  • To resolve customer complaints and seek ways to enhance their experience.
