Job Description:

The Senior Security Officer will supervise and lead hospital security officers in the delivery of security services across the facility. The senior security officer will provide support to the security manager in the administrative and operational management of the security department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of security officers
  • Provide support to the security manager in the administrative and operational management of the security department
  • Coordinate and complete all patrols and other security work during the shift
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • National Security Licence 1A
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of security officers in a large complex work environment
  • Proven experience providing security and customer service in a large client base environment

Selection Criteria:

  • Must hold national Security licence 1A
