Job Title: Retail Lighting Supervisor

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated retail lighting professional to join our team in Hoppers Crossing Branch. You will be responsible for assisting with customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone, as well as counter sales including customer development.

This role involves following up on outstanding orders, maintaining a professional store presentation, and stock management. You will also be required to raise quotations and quotation follow-up, use design knowledge to create unique lighting design solutions for clients, and keep up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in design.

You will be responsible for reading and interpreting house and electrical plans to create inspirational lighting designs and conducting lighting energy audits. This role also involves building the design business by proactively seeking project opportunities in the retail and trade markets, recommending products and placement solutions to enhance client environments, and complying with company and customer QHSE standards and policies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sourcing new business and generating leads, strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge.
