Job Responsibilities:

As the Lead Systems Integration/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and scoping the integration, test, and certification aspects for our Integrated Air Missile Defence (IAMD) programs. You will synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

  • Lead the approach and planning for Integration, Verification & Validation, and System Certification
  • Achieve acceptance and certification
  • Collaborate with the broader team, including Specialty Engineering, Product Teams, and Systems Engineering, to ensure a cohesive approach
  • Meet all contractual IV&C requirement obligations
  • Manage Control Accounts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have an advanced knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation resilience and Australian Regulations and Certifications. You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading successful outcomes in a large delivery team
  • Hands-on experience working and leading contractual processes and deliverables
  • Excellent ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving
  • Strong experience in contemporary delivery methodologies, processes, tools, and standards
