We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our dedicated team.
This role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
About the Role- Care Planning: Develop and review resident care plans, ensuring they receive tailored support that addresses their physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing.
- Dementia Support: Provide best-practice dementia care, collaborating with the team to ensure residents receive holistic support that promotes their independence and quality of life.
- Maintenance and Development: Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies, monitoring and recording residents' conditions and needs accurately.
- Administration: Safely administer medications, providing wound care and supporting residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing.
