Key Role in Rights Management and Metadata

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of rights management and metadata within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering rights and metadata into our systems based on information provided by acquisitions and purchasing teams. This includes working closely with metadata partners to audit information and ensure its fit for purpose across all platforms.

Liaison with channel and platform programmers is also essential to obtain requirements for metadata and rights entry. Additionally, this role requires staying up-to-date with changing roles within the business and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Entering rights and metadata into Foxtel's rights management systems
  • Working with metadata partners to audit information
  • Liaising with channel and platform programmers to obtain requirements
  • Staying abreast of changing roles and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience in rights management and metadata
  • Experience with various rights management systems including Vimond, IBMS, and Landmark
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
