We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at Bonds Outlet Bateau Bay. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive commercial decisions.
  • Manage stock levels, prioritize tasks, and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members to drive performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
