Job Title

A field service mechanic is required to diagnose and repair CAT machinery.

  • Report to a supervisor for technical support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of equipment to ensure Caterpillar standards are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to minimize machine downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about breakdown solutions.

About the Role:

This position involves working in a team environment, utilizing strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment.
  • OEM experience highly desirable.
  • Exposure to SIS or ET systems beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
