Job Description

The Lead Veterinarian plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care while overseeing the development and leadership of a skilled team of veterinarians.

  • Provide primary clinical care for both medical and surgical cases.
  • Lead training and mentorship programs for primary care Veterinarian teams.
  • Guide and support line managers for GP veterinarians.
  • Contribute to performance appraisals for GP veterinarians.
  • Mentor nursing and animal attendants when required.
  • Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Participate as an integral member of the hospital's leadership team.
