Tax Advisory Expertise

Our Corporate Tax division provides expert advice on corporate tax matters and ensures compliance with ATO filing obligations. We understand that multinational businesses face complex challenges managing tax across different jurisdictions and use our expertise to help them navigate this complexity.

Mergers and Acquisitions Tax/Stamp Duty

Our State Tax Deals and Stamp Duty teams work on the largest transactions in the Australian market, providing high-touch, value-add advisory and compliance services to clients.

Indirect Tax Solutions

Our Indirect Tax division within the KPMG Specialist Tax and Reward business provides high-touch, value-add advisory and compliance services to clients across the market, including FBT, payroll tax, superannuation obligations, GST advice and international trade strategy.

Global Mobility Services for Business

Our Global Mobility Services teams provide both Australian and international tax services to clients, working across all areas of global mobility and related tax matters.

Performance & Reward Strategy

KPMG's Performance & Reward team is our leading remuneration practice advising ASX200 and unlisted company Boards and C-Site on remuneration and reward issues.

Immigration Services
