Retail Operations Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through strategic business planning and execution
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to recruit, hire, coach, and retain top performers
- Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time business decisions and drive revenue growth
- Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising efforts to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
- Proven ability to drive business results through strategic leadership and operational excellence
- Advanced numeracy, literacy, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Fluent local language and basic verbal English skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in using technology to support business operations and decision-making
- Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations including federal, state, and local requirements
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment, as well as 1 year of supervisory experience.
