Job Summary

This role oversees the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient management and excellent customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will lead a team to drive sales growth, maintain brand image, and optimize retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily store operations to meet productivity, payroll, and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee merchandise handling, visual directives, and shipment receipt processes.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute performance management tools and reinforce Under Armour policies and procedures.
  • Partner with teammates to achieve business objectives, driving positive change and teammate engagement.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and development among teammates.
  • Communicate clear expectations for achieving performance and behavior standards.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team, promoting succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain open communication channels, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and building relationships.
