Are you a passionate food innovator looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a talented RD&A Technologist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As an RD&A Technologist, you will be responsible for developing innovative food products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these products to market.

Job Description:
  • Develop savoury snack and culinary products
  • Learn and develop necessary skills to competently develop customised solutions, product testing and supporting customer trials
  • Work in partnership with customers to develop innovative new concepts as well as renovating current products
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product development from initiation to launch, communicating with RD&A, commercial, process engineers, quality, suppliers and manufacturing
  • Participate in designated RD&A projects and ensure that products developed are cost competitive and commercially viable
  • Ensure good laboratory practices and lab protocols are being met
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Food Science or related field
  • Strong team player, interpersonal, organisational, presentation and project management skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think creatively
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks independently
