Aged Care Home Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will be providing individualized care to older Australians in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
- Providing transportation and companionship to clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Candidates will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Record Check and an Aged Care Statutory Declaration prior to employment.
