Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage domestic and international purchase orders
  • Review and analyze inventory levels across all locations to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to optimize inventory levels and meet business objectives
  • Update item and supplier records to reflect changes such as price, descriptions, delivery specifications, and technical product information
  • Collaborate with suppliers, depot, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to ensure efficient and effective inventory management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher school certificate or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AS400
