Talent Insights is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead the project stream of our Data Warehouse platform in a Greenfield DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership to the project delivery team through design reviews, advising on implementation best practices, and defining release processes.
- Facilitate continuous improvement measures in delivery principles, coding standards, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain SQL analytics and ETL code, optimizing and tuning SQL code for optimal performance.
- Work within a Greenfield DevOps environment, leveraging DevOps tools to streamline processes.
- 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineering type role.
- Experience in 2 out of the 5 DW listed - MS SQL, Teradata, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
- SAS (Base, EG) or SQL, or Python, R, or Java (preferred).
- DevOps - ability to understand DevOps process and use DevOps tools.
- Ability to read and interpret data models and specifications.
