Job Summary

A civil engineer with strong project management skills is required to deliver land development and infrastructure-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering and at least 4 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, and/or site supervision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform client-facing project management tasks for the delivery of land development and infrastructure-related projects from initiation through to construction.
  • Prepare and update civil engineering documentation, including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, tender documentation, programs, and schedules.
  • Apply civil engineering knowledge to various works, including engineering drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support engineering projects related to land development and infrastructure.
  • Perform site supervision and quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects, adhering to design specifications, safety protocols, and Local/State Government standards.
  • Assist in the review of engineering drawings and submittals, respond to requests for information, prepare site observation reports, and perform other contract administration tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in project management, civil engineering, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Engineers Australia Membership or eligibility.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
