We are seeking a skilled professional to help us innovate and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions and system designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative software solutions and system designs that meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, excellence, and openness by collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle, focusing on user experience, continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging, and monitoring.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to uplift software development standards.
  • Perform code quality control through peer programming, code review, and automated pipeline release management.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on coding ability in Python.
  • In-depth understanding of Python stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and parallelisation.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Automated quality engineering and testing (unit testing, regression testing).
  • Proficiency and attention to detail with application security.
  • Experience with Observability tools is highly regarded.
  • Experience or knowledge of financial markets is favorable.
