Our team is looking for a skilled software developer to join our Sydney-based IT Software Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in building innovative software solutions that empower customers to achieve their missions.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop software systems using various technologies like .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure cloud resources, and REST APIs.
Integrate core systems, including Salesforce, Workday, and Blackbaud's Engineering System.
Manage API Documentation Libraries using Swagger / OpenAPI (Swashbuckle).
Collaborate with a Scrum team to plan and deliver work.
Solve defects within our operational software baseline and track technical debt as part of the Scrum process.
Support existing structures and pipelines.
Improve software quality through adherence to standards, static analysis, unit testing, logging, proactive alerting, and monitoring.
Deliver results that enhance operational efficiency and security of our software development lifecycle environment.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in software development.
Fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Secure coding practices based on OWASP standards.
Experience with Microsoft C#/.NET.
Experience building and consuming REST Web Services; familiarity with code versioning, GIT preferred.
Experience developing applications using Angular.
Agile principles and practices application.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
Ability to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
