About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our organization.
As the first escalation point for service, operations, software, cloud, and consulting support, you will manage outcomes that benefit both clients and our organization.
Your primary focus will be on project management, incident management, and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Elevate service, software, and consulting support issues until resolution
- Deliver all services conducted for the client, including daily tasks and projects
- Maintain consistent client satisfaction levels by meeting SLAs and escalating risks promptly
- Lead regular client Service Delivery meetings to discuss reporting activities, program performance, and additional service opportunities
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of necessary tasks and report progress to stakeholders
- Enhance service delivery efficiency through continuous improvements
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Coordinate resourcing, tracking, and managing activities to achieve desired outcomes
