Job Opportunity: Digital Experience Leader
We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Leader to spearhead the development of superior brand experiences across various retailer eCommerce platforms.
- The ideal candidate will lead the discovery strategy, driving optimal digital consumer experiences and enhancing the shopper experience through optimised product content.
- This role requires expertise in search strategies (paid + organic) to boost visibility and increase conversion rates.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of work experience in digital commerce, paid search, or similar related fields.
- Established proficiency in English language.
- Skillful in digital media and retail media.
About This Role:
This position involves overseeing a direct report - a digital shelf merchandiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the digital shelf to drive brand experience and conversion, as well as leading reporting to share insights within the wider business.
