About the Role
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Client Services team in our Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to local management, including coordinating meetings, arranging travel, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with global teams to support business development plans and initiatives.
- Interact with clients and third parties in a professional manner.
- Assist with completing expense reports.
- Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables.
- Create and share updates and reports with marketing and sales departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in a related position.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
- High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

Location and Schedule
