About the Role

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Client Services team in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to local management, including coordinating meetings, arranging travel, data entry, and filing.
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support business development plans and initiatives.
  • Interact with clients and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Assist with completing expense reports.
  • Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables.
  • Create and share updates and reports with marketing and sales departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in a related position.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

Location and Schedule
