Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and stationery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain and update Master Data in SAP for purchase requisitions.
  • Coordinate team onboarding and arrange meetings as needed.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and distribute essential documents in a timely manner.
  • Arrange staff-related gestures, such as birthday cakes and congratulatory flowers.
  • Order and manage fuel cards for company vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and manage archiving processes.
  • Support the coordination of Kick-off Meetings, including travel arrangements.
  • Adhere to and promote office security, health, and safety standards as a member of the OH&S team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years' relevant experience in an administrative role.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will have access to an employee assistance program, free parking, and a supportive workplace culture.
