Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Assistant to support our store back of house operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory control, supporting sales teams, maintaining a tidy and compliant back of house area, conducting quality control, and assisting with aftersales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support sales teams by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a tidy and compliant back of house area, adhering to Retail Standards.
  • Conduct quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Support aftersales processes, such as alterations, repairs, and personalization, to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and raise concerns through internal services promptly.
  • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering phone calls, customer service, and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Able to work well in a team and adapt to a busy team environment.
