Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

 

This pivotal role in our organization is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, encompassing all aspects of product and parts sales. This includes troubleshooting, building relationships with customers, identifying and recommending products and parts, liaising with customers to finalize sales primarily through online channels and phone.

 

The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to achieve and excel, showcasing initiative and quality work. They will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team who value those with the ability to take pride in their work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Identify and recommend suitable products and parts
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Solve complex problems and find innovative solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in auto parts sales or customer-facing roles (1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
