Legal Administrator Role

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our legal team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain legal documentation templates to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft legal agreements and contracts.
  • Provide research support to the legal team on various regulatory matters.
  • Manage and update contract information on LawVu, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as diary management and document amendments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary.
  • Proven ability to set up and maintain systems for organizing information and documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to compile and distribute reports effectively.
  • Deep expertise in providing guidance on administrative software and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and perform administrative tasks that support individuals, teams, and organizational objectives.
