Job Description:

As a building and pest inspector, you will conduct scheduled inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide detailed reports with practical recommendations to ensure the integrity and compliance of homes.

This key role requires a Registered/Licensed Builder with completed Residential Building Inspections course and proven experience as a building and pest inspector or licensed pest technician. Additionally, you must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

You will work independently but be part of a supportive team environment. The role is open to full-time and part-time positions.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, has strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills, and clear and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs
  • Identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues
  • Providing detailed reports with practical recommendations
