We are seeking a skilled Property Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Property Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough building and pest inspections, identifying potential hazards, and providing detailed reports with recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct scheduled building and pest inspections

">

- Identify defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues

">

- Provide detailed reports with practical recommendations

Requirements:

">

- Must be a Registered/Licensed Builder

">

- Must have completed a Residential Building Inspections course

">

- Completed (or on the way to completing) timber pest units

">

- Proven experience as a Building & Pest Inspector, Registered/Licensed Builder, or Licensed Pest Technician

">

- Physically capable of inspecting sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs

">

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills

">

- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

">

- Clear and professional communication skills
