Job Title: Senior Truck and Trailer Repair Specialist
">This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, and excellent customer communication abilities. As a Senior Truck and Trailer Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workshop operations, managing workflow and job allocation across the workshop, providing technical support and guidance to workshop technicians, ensuring high standards of repair and maintenance, and maintaining service records and job documentation.
">About the Role:
">- We are seeking an experienced mechanic with a passion for the heavy vehicle industry to join our team in a busy truck and trailer repair workshop south of the river.
- You will work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
- The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in Heavy Diesel (preferably) or Light Vehicle, previous experience in a workshop leadership or service advisory role, strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
