Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with the relevant Individual Needs Advisor to identify and respond to student concerns, maintaining confidential weekly notes on Microsoft Teams to monitor their progress.

You will also be responsible for understanding student learning difficulties and offering assistance in the classroom, liaising with teaching staff to maintain a comprehensive support program and tracking student progress.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders. You must be highly organized, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience working with children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds is highly valued, as is a recognized education support qualification.
