Have you ever wanted to do group tutoring but never had the chance? Maybe you've been doing one-on-one tutoring so far, and now you want to explore group tutoring? As a tutor at our institution, rather than tutoring one student at a time, you can motivate groups of students with your knowledge and experience without extra admin work.

Access to High-Quality Resources

You've probably spent hundreds of unpaid hours making tutoring resources for your students. We know it can be an extremely time-consuming process. All we need now is you—the tutor to use our resources and provide an excellent tutoring experience to your students.

Competitive Compensation

We pride ourselves on compensating and rewarding our tutors for their hard work. The starting rate ranges from $60+ per class (exc. Super) for Assistant Tutors. There may also be opportunities for you to progress into a tutor role, which has a higher pay scale.

Minimal Admin Work

There is almost no requirement for admin work. You'll focus on providing an excellent student/parent experience and managing student emails and questions promptly outside of class via social media/text/email. Our teams organise class days and times, following up on missed attendance, managing payments and enrolments, so you can just focus on the student and tutoring.

Support & Personal Development

Working in a collaborative environment and energetic team can hone your skills and learn much along the way. When you work with us, you'll also have the chance to learn from tutors who have spent thousands of hours tutoring and garnered years of experience. You'll be trained upon joining and receive personal feedback as you settle in.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Tutor, You Will Be Responsible For:

• Supporting academic development during lessons.
• Assisting classroom operations.
• Clarifying concepts, answering questions, and reinforcing subject knowledge.
• Mentoring students with study strategies and academic guidance.

Student Support Outside Class

• 1-on-1 Consultations: Offering personalised academic support through scheduled online sessions.
• Text-Based Support: Responding to student queries via our messaging platform

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, honesty, passion for teaching, energy, independence, proactiveness, willingness to listen, learn and lead, intelligence and creativity.

Academic Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 99 ATAR, raw study score 45+ in Methods and Specialist Maths, first-year uni subject-specific knowledge or above, tutoring experience in Methods and Specialist Maths, and academic awards in these subjects.

Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate must commit to a full academic year, sign a non-disclosure agreement, agree to a non-compete clause, demonstrate ability to commit to weekly classes, travel to our locations, and show genuine desire to motivate students.
