Immersive Litigation Experience

HWL Ebsworth is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Litigation team in the Norwest office. As a member of this fast-paced and rapidly growing practice group, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience with a diverse range of complex and commercially significant disputes.

  • This role offers the chance to collaborate with prominent national clients and work on top-tier matters, including corporations and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchising disputes, ACL claims, property disputes, and building and construction disputes.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years' PAE experience across commercial disputes and insolvency, as well as a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. This individual should also be able to think strategically and critically, with a desire to work in a lean team environment where ownership of matters and involvement in setting strategy are encouraged.
