Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Professional to join our high-performing team in Colac. Our business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a proactive finance partner who thrives on impact and improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records across payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Deliver clear financial reporting, budgets, and cash flow forecasts that drive decision-making.
  • Improve systems, processes, and cost controls to keep us ahead.
  • Manage compliance across tax, superannuation, and audits.
  • Oversee asset registers and inventory across the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) + Certified Practising Accountant/Chartered Accountant (completed or in progress).
  • 2+ years' accounting experience.
  • Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and team spirit.
  • A can-do, solutions-focused mindset.
