The Role:

Working closely with the Area Director, you'll lead a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your daily responsibilities include setting the tone, developing your team through hands-on guidance, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational efficiency, and cultivating a positive store culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently mentoring a team to achieve strong results
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a data-driven mindset
  • Genuine CARE for your team, customers, and the overall success of the business
  • The ability to COACH, mentor, and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
