Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to provide technical expertise and strengthen security across operational technology environments. This role requires a strong understanding of network engineering, configuration, and change management as well as experience managing security, identity, and network technologies in segmented/isolated environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OT networks, firewall rule configuration, and migration activities.
  • Analyze and document data flows to define access requirements.
  • Develop detailed network and solution design documentation.
  • Participate in workshops and reviews to ensure security and architectural alignment.
  • Contribute to OT-specific security standards and technical patterns.
  • Support firewall optimization, authentication design, and access control enforcement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Technology roles, with 3+ years in Cyber Security.
  • Strong background in network engineering, configuration, and change management.
  • Experience managing security, identity, and network technologies in segmented/isolated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), remote access, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and application control.
  • Familiarity with control systems (SCADA, PLCs) and industrial networking.
  • Experience deploying Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory (AD), and related services in isolated environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear processes and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security, IT, or related discipline.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Security+.
