We help young people and families build stronger relationships in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Our team provides flexible early intervention mental health support to promote resilience, confidence, and connections within communities.

Our Service
  • Builds resilience and enhances wellbeing for young people at risk of mental health difficulties.
  • Provides evidence-informed short-term and long-term early intervention support based on Family Action Plans for children and young people up to 18 years old and their families.
  • Links young people and families to group work that supports early intervention programs or services.
Role Overview

The Service Leader oversees the team, consisting of three full-time Family Support Workers. This position involves providing guidance, support, and mentoring to improve identified skill areas.

  • Understands the scope of the service, processes referrals, and carries a small caseload.
  • Monitors and reviews systems and processes used in Vibrant Futures to enhance support effectiveness.
  • Works in partnership with the Centre Manager to provide leadership, practice development, and mentoring sessions to Family Support workers.
